"A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”
– John F. Kennedy, February 26, 1962.
BTW, did you happen to hear of the urbane legend which concluded one particularly aggravating call with the advice "... tell them you arer too stupid to own a computer"?
Yes, I have heard that one, and many others.
Honestly, as there may have been days that I felt like saying that...... I do not believe that anyone is too stupid to use/own a computer. Or, at least, I have not come across anyone I couldn't teach to do what they needed to do on a computer
Isn't the "patience of a rattlesnake" the result of burn out after many long years in tech support?
