Special setup

Hi. Im pretty (no really new) to linux/kubuntu
Im on the look for OS that can deal with my needs:

The following needs to be setup. Can anybody help?

1. Admin account (notthing special here)
2. User account. Firefox browser in fullscreen windows NOTHING else
3. External control with that machine
4. Webcam support (need to access the webcam from the internet)

Is all this possible?

Yes to all.

1.Admin acct-set up with the install(root password)
2.User acct-set with the install( uses same password when needed)
3.Remote access-you can SSH into the box or set up remote desktop(VNC)
4.Webcam-depends on the type of camera, there are several apps, some have a built in server.
