Online with Kubuntu.

I have recently upgraded to broadband with AOL (Voyager 190 modem) and it works perfectly with XP but Kubuntu won't pick up the connection. I have a dual system. Konqueror won't work nor KMail. In Network Settings, under Network Interfaces it reads: eth0 - 192.168.0.2 - dhcp -- Enabled Ethernet Network Device (ticked). Any clues please?

1. Are u sure that u have set the configuration correctly?
2. i use wireless connection, after i switch the connection type from eth0 to ath0 (i use atheros card). May u should the type of connection?

Im new in Linux
1. are u sure that u have configured the connection setting in Linux correctly? Try ping...
2. as far as i know, if u have a wifi card, u should see like "eth1 card" if u use Intel, or ath0 (as i had) if u use atheros, in your setting/control.
