how to change system language

Hi guys. I am a new user of kubuntu . I can not change my system language. pls help.

From the Settings menu, Select Systems Settings -> Personalization -> Regional Settings -> and then select the Language, the Formats, the Spell Check, and the Date & Time to make sure all your region/language settings are taken care of.

Just an aside, but it would have been easier to do this with the Installer, but you can change it after the install is complete.

You might want to look at the Keyboard under Hardware, also.
