Bing-wall seems to not work in kubuntu

I've used other ubuntu flavors in the past where snaps 'bing-wall' worked flawlessly, but this is my first time with kubuntu. the GUI for bing-wall shows the current wallpaper; however, it will not place the wallpaper on the screen. So what i did is the following:

    bing-wall --set
Qt: Session management error: Could not open network socket
propsReply "An AppArmor policy prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient; type="method
    _call", sender=":1.154" (uid=1000 pid=9721 comm="/snap/bing-wall/26/usr/bin/bing-wall --set" label="snap
    .bing-wall.bing-wall (enforce)") interface="org.freedesktop.DBus.Properties" member="GetAll" error name=\
    "(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager" (uid=0 pid=1392 comm="/usr/sb
    in/NetworkManager --no-daemon" label="unconfined")"
nmReply "An AppArmor policy prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient; type="method_ca
    ll", sender=":1.154" (uid=1000 pid=9721 comm="/snap/bing-wall/26/usr/bin/bing-wall --set" label="snap.bi
    ng-wall.bing-wall (enforce)") interface="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager" member="GetDevices" error name=\
    "(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager" (uid=0 pid=1392 comm="/usr/sb
    in/NetworkManager --no-daemon" label="unconfined")"
    "Object path cannot be empty"

Don't know what any of this means. My Question is can this be fixed? I know this can be confusing its just an konsole readout. I don't think it's any code.

    Thank you for your help
