package for apache , php and mysql

I cant install apache , php and mysql though apt-get install because I cannot configure my dial up modem

Where can i download those packages for kubuntu?

I downloaded those packages from http://packages.ubuntu.com/

but when I ran dkg -i , the packages were not installed because of some unmet depedencies...
can any one help me?

Use "apt-get --print-uris install [packages]"
This will print out the locations of the packages that you need to download and where you need to save them to.
