I'm new to Plasma and have a couple of questions I hope someone can help with. Caveat: I installed ubuntu gnome 17.04, the installed kubuntu but apt install kubuntu-desktop, which probably led to one of these problems.
1. Krunner will not locate the contacts in Kaddressbook. I imported these contacts by going to Kontact and setting up a carddav server. They import and sync fine, but krunner won't bring them up. On another website I saw that these were stashed under the "Audio" plugin before, but now they seem to be part of the "Desktop Search"
2. Does the desktop have a way of mapping extra mouse buttons? I'd like the Present Windows effect to a mouse button. I know about the xbindkeys and xdotool, but thought maybe that's been solved in KDE.
