How to individually change volume of programs?

I have Kubuntu 15.04 on a Thinkpad T430.
How can i individually change the volume of different programs?
for example: I want lower volume on Firefox and higher volume on LibreOffice presentation.

in the system tray there is a volume widget you can click on that to change the volumes.. for adjusting individual programs you may need to open the mixer (rt. click -> show mixer) . that will depend on what version of the mixer you have (there is a new one for plasma 5.4)
