Sometimes, and only sometimes when I turn on my computer, which boots insecurely because I was having this problem when I did so (I had windows preinstalled but completely got rid of it) this pops up

I dont know how to add the image to this post...

it just gives me an endless row of this: the first set of numbers changes a bit

You add images by clicking on "Go Advanced" and scrolling down to "Manage Attachments."

Clearly you have a video driver issue (I don't know how this makes you think your computer "boots insecurely"). Without any more information to go on:

and not knowing what you've got in your system, I would guess either installing the nvidia driver, installing bumblebee, or both would fix it.
