Wobble effect stopped working?? :/

Hi, I loved the wobble effect they had in Ubuntu before and I wanted to use this one in Kubuntu as well. The problem is that it was only working for me for about less than 15 minutes then it stopped working and after that I haven't been able to make it come back. What could be the problem? I installed all the additional drivers.

Either 3d effects got turned off (usually because of low performance) or you have too many effects turned on and one of them is over-riding wobbly windows.
