How do I Install Flash Player for rekonq?

    Hi all,

I just installed kubuntu 13.10 with KDE 4.11.2 and I want to install the flash player plug-in for rekonq 2.3.2.

I don't have any idea how to do this. Can anyone help me out with the steps to install it?
