[Kontact] whenever I click on update calendar folder I get the following notification

(Kontact) whenever I click on update calendar folder I get the following notification:

Another file: <CALANDER NAME GOES HERE> upload is still in progress.

my calendar never updates.

I created the calendar by attaching it to my private ics file url I got from the google calendar website.

what did I do wrong?
