[SOLVED]Additional Drivers problem Thanks!

New installation Kubuntu 11.10 kde 4.7.2

In trying to resolve my sound problems, I opened the additional drivers folder from kmenu. I noticed that the recommended video driver was inactive and clicked to activate it.

I was refused because I apparently no longer have permission to activate a video driver. I have no idea what application to sudo to give myself permission to activate my video driver. Does anyone know?

Thank you friend. I am a bit surprised why it took a password in 'System>Additional Drivers' and did not require a password when using the application you suggested. I must remember that. You gurus are just great.
