Question to enter password on boot

I have installed windows. I install kubuntu on another partition. When kubuntu start, this window will show. How i can disable it?

change
system setting-> startup and shutdown -> session management
"start with empty session"
that should clear it , if you don't know, now is the time for you to be told that when you exit kde it saves your session and will reopen the programs you leave open . if you don't want it doing that you can change the sessions setting.

I don't understand. What is the program want to connect to my Windows partition? I want save session and restore it, but want that my windows partition connect only when i say.

then you need to add the mount info to your /etc/fstab file. iirc you will need to use the noauto option, right now its trying to mount it becuase it was mounted in your last session and only root can mount devices.
