      +1 and I even cut a pasted that table into a document file for quick review when I have not Internet access.

        The .tar.gz wouldn't open for me, Snowhog ("libarchive cannot handle it")... so I just copied the text to an OpenOffice spreadsheet (Paste Special, unformatted text) and did a little editing.

          I got the following error when removing ".txt"



          gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error

          gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--length error
          tar: Child returned status 1
          tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors
          At the bottom of the page of the link is an already zip file that works.

            Well that sucks. :P

            Tried it myself. Guess that something is changing the file when it's uploaded here. Oh well. Deleted the post so that others don't get disappointed trying as well.
