Unable to set VPN connection [Kubuntu]

The "Add" button is grey (cant click it) , all the pptp plugins are already installed , i managed to set VPN connection on Ubuntu before.

Which program are running that has this unclickable "Add" button. I assume (I could be wrong) that by pptp, you are referring to the M$ point-to-point tunneling protocol. Is this correct? Please provide us with a hint as to what you are trying to do.

And helpful, is the version of Kubuntu as well as KDE that your are using.
