    help! twinview greyed out with 195.35.03 nvidia drivers!

    help! Please and Thank you when i try to set up dual monitors i only see 1 monitor and twin view is greyed out.

    post your /etc/X11/xorg.conf
    Home: Kubuntu 12.04-amd64; Intel i7-860 on Intel DH55PJ; Nvidia 9500GT; 6GB RAM

        You'll have to be more specific with your problem. Where is twinview grayed out? How did you install the driver? Did Nvidia make this xorg.conf file?

        If twinview is grayed out in the nvidia-settings console then I suspect it has to be enabled in the xorg.conf.

        I'll admit, I don't run a dual monitor setup; I'm just going on a hunch. But some more detail will ensure that others can help some more.

          it is greyed out in the nvidia control panel and i used the nvidia control panel to make that config file

            i used hardware drivers to install this driver

              check /var/log/Xorg.0.log for anything toward the end starting with [EE].

              This'll be the extent of my help.
