Hi, I recently installed kubuntu through uwbi and somehow managed to get a working desktop. One thing I've noticed is that after selecting kubuntu through windows boot manager, I still have to go through kubuntu's own boot manager(IMO windows boot manager loads faster). Does anyone know how to boot straight to Kubuntu from windows boot manager?
Also, I find it a pain in the neck to have to mount my work partition at the start of every session and it causes me to be unable to link any wallpaper/song/document and have it open up at the start of the session. Does Kubuntu have the ability to automount like windows?
Thanks for any and all advice.
P.S. I am a total newbie to Linux and the console/Konsole so please be gentle with me. Thanks
