Create new user with encrypted home directory

I'm working on building a new Kubuntu box, this one on Intel 64-bit hardware. When I first installed, it asked me if I wanted the user to have an encrypted home directory. Yes, I responded, and it did it.

Now I want to add other users with encrypted home directories. I cannot find any documentation. Neither searches of this forum nor Google searches help, though I admit I could be missing something or making a mistake in how I word my query.

Can anyone give me some clue?
