I installed Kubuntu 7.10 and I can't get my targus ACB100US bluetooh to work I get the icon and I do all the configuration and nothing happend can someone help me please,thank.

if your trying to send/recive a file
if your trying to send files you need to first pair using bluemon, then you should be able to right click on a file and under the actions menu have send via bluetooth ,
if you want to recive a file send it with the device after paring, you will get an ath prompt to put in the passcode , any code should work as long as its the same on both devices.
also if your using a phone you might want to check and make sure it supports the service file transfer. quite a few phones that support bluetooth don't have this service.Mark Your Solved Issues [SOLVED]
