I have on my pc both songbird 0.6 and 0.7. I would like to uninstall the 0.6 version but I don't now how!! I tried to search it with adept but I have no results. Anyone can help me?

You need the exact name of the songbird 0.6 package that you installed. Once you know it
will remove it.Code:sudo aptitude purge package_name

the terminal says to me that he cannot find the package. It' a tar.gz package. I don't know if a useful information, but for install it, after doing tar zxvf, i clicked on the songbird icon and the program installed by itselfComment
