HELP!!!!--Lost Kubuntu

I'm a newbie, just started checking out Linux and Kubuntu a few weeks ago. I have a dual partition with Kubuntu and Windows XP.

I had to do a reinstall on XP, and now Kubuntu is hidden. The partition is still there, and presumably all my Kubuntu files are still there, but I can't access it. I could do a reinstall of Kubuntu, but I have some files saved that I'm afraid would be lost. (They are not critical files--just some bookmarks and some personal correspondance--but I'd really like to get them back if I can)

Does anyone know of a solution?

Hi

This is normal if you reinstall windows as it always writes over the mbr, if you have a live CD that you installed Kubuntu from just follow the instructions on the link below
