Uninstall Help!

I installed the newest version of Itunes with Wine on Kubuntu. Needless to say it runs like crap! I would like to Uninstall Itunes.

I also would like to learn how to Uninstall Period with Kubuntu (Newbie).

Example If i wanted to Uninstall "Amarok" How would i go about doing that?

*buntu applications should (for the new user) be installed/uninstalled using Adept Manager.
