    Last.fm

    Hey guys,
I've been trying to get last.fm to work for me, I don't want the player or radio channel, I just want the part that sends info about what I've been listening to, to my profile.

I downloaded lastfmsubmitd and lastmp from Adept manager, but I can't seem to find where to configure it. Thanks for all your help,
    John

Just an alternative. Amarok supports audio scrobbling to your last.fm account and is a fantastic music player.

Installing them with adept should mean its all fully set and and should then appear in kmenu. Although I'm not 100% on last fm's own player as I have never actually used it myself.

Yes I want to use Amarok with the support for audio scrobbling, however I cannot find it in the K-menu, and thus can't find where to set the settings for my account on Last.fm and to have the scrobbling work.

So anyone who knows or uses this, could you please tell me where to find the settings for this program.

Install Amarok by connecting to the internet, opening Konsole Terminal Program and issuing the command:
        sudo apt-get install amarok

zephirus, not sure from your post whether its amarok or the last.fm settings within amarok you can't find so will cover both:
Amarok is in kmenu>multimedia (if you can't see it it's prob not installed, see above post to install it)
          Within amarok; settings>configure amarok>last.fm

It was the second, thank you, hopefully the scrobbling will now work.
            Thank you again.

Edit 1: It's working now, thanks again.
