Hiya - not new to linux (or Kubuntu) but definitely new to wireless.
I have a broadband connection at home that my desktop plugs into - it's right next to the phone socket so I'm happy to just plug it into the ADSL modem.
But I have a work laptop that I'd like to be able to wirelessly access this connection when I'm at home with it.
What's the best way to do this? Should I buy a wireless router as the modem and plug the desktop in? Can I get a PCI card that will let me wirelessly use the connection? No idea what hardware to but to make this work. No idea how to make it work either, but that's for later.
Second thing - I also have limited space for wiring so I want to get a printer (probably HP all-in-one, cheaper side) that can wirelessly talk to my desktop (and laptop if neccessary). Suggestions welcome!
