Urgent help. I killed it.

Two things...

(I am running Kubuntu 8.04)


I got rid of Xp on my own... Now to deal with the fact I can't get Kubuntu running. I reinstalled it... After uninstalling it, and it doesn't do anything. It pretends it is loading, but doesn't... I had it working a day or two ago... But now it won't do anything. It die after I used the package manager to install wine... but I uninstalled it and redid it. Still won't work, any help?

By the way:
The PC is a 2001 or 2002 dell Dimension 2400- It has 2 GB ram (I added) and 33GB harddrive

What do you SEE? What does it DO?(Or not do.)
