Compiz + ATI integrated video card

Hello, I installed ubuntu on my sisters computer. She wants the compiz desktop effects.
I installed the flgrx (or something like this), but when i try to enable the desktop effects, It simply says that it cannot enable the desktop effects.

To get to the point, what should I add/remove to/from xorg.conf ?

PC Spec:
Intel Celeron 1.5 Ghz
512 - 64 MB ram (the integrated video card eats RAM)
ATI Xpress 200 (Something like that) video card
Baltix 3 (Basically ubunt Gustsy, but in 100% Lithuanian)

What tells in the konsole ?

About Compiz and fglrx

If you have fglrx 8.42 or later

AMD 8.42 Driver Brings Fixes, AIGLX!

=> Compiz should work, when you install compiz from repositories.
