Hey All,
I have another question about no sound. I got an older desktop today.
Gateway
Pentium 4
1.70 GHz
224 Ram
20 gig HD
Anyways, I got Kubuntu loaded on it. Using it now. But like my laptop there is no sound. OK, I've been fighting with the laptop enough I get the directions at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=205449
But I did a search for the audio listed by lspci -v
So I look up
And I find http://hardware4linux.info/component/14768/
Does this mean there is a linux driver that I should just download too get it too work?
Thanks (again),
James
