amule help !!

hi all.. i installed amule and with that i downloaded a file... the format of hte file was asf media type.... i could not open the file with any player. totem player said it cant open the file bcos it is encrypted.. VLC player does not give out sound and video but pretends to play the file....

anybody help me which player suports the ASF format

I've got a .wmv file that says the same thing. Not sure how to play it.
