Comcast Wireless Modem Not Working

Hi all,
I just moved to a new place and switched to a "Comcast Home Networking" Linksys WCG200-CC modem. I can get the internet to work when I'm plugged in directly to the modem via ethernet cable, but, when I try to connect through wireless, it just stalls. I spend several hours with Comcast on the phone, and they don't know how to connect through Kubuntu. Any ideas?
