i want to connect via a mobile phone z720i with incorporate modem ~230000kb in kubuntu 7.04
if i type dmesg i can see the modem on usb with a serial cable
what i-m doing to connect for 10sec (but in this time no page can be loaded-error):
#modprobe cdc-acm
#mknod /dev/ttyACM0 c 166 0
and after that i copy the drivers from service dial-up vendor to /etc/ppp
how i said, i only connect for 10 sec, after that the connection is closing, then is connecting, and so on....
the strange thing is that i connected with this modem in windows and in suse x64 10.0
