upgrade crashed

After wasting my download limit and time waiting for installation, I get a message to say that the upgrade has crashed, a link to help developers with a bug report, and NO INFORMATION TO HELP ME.

Do you seriously want people to use K/Ubuntu or not!

Personally, I could care less what people use. To each their own.

If you would like some assistance, give some more details. What are you using? What are you trying to upgrade from/to? How are you trying to upgrade? Is David Beckam really worth that much money?
