This is not 100% needed but seems to be a huge issue with Xorg or rather setting up Xorg properly. I would suggest that we have a Video Hardware/Xorg sections specificly for graphics problems. It just makes it easier to search for and read through post specificly dealing with video and Xorg.

Graphics Card section
I am still trying to decide, but I think on the new forum site there will be subforums for this very idea (graphics card section, wireless card, etc.) That way when people by new hardware, they may take into consideration what kubuntu works best with.
