I've kept my flash up-to-date. I have a 3.2GHz PIV with 1GB of RAM. Numerous case fans. Why do Flash applications (i.e. Hulu, Youtube) heat my CPU to dangerous temps (50-55 C)?
Is it the general opinion of the linux community to just suck it up and take what Adobe gives us? Trust me, I'm not a developer capable of creating something better than Flash but jeez! Choppy fullscreen playback, intensive system load. This stuff is crap!
