Where do I go to Download and Test the Lateset?

I was WONDERING...
Where do I go to Download the Lateset Version of Kubuntu and Help Test it?
I've tried to find the download site for Edgy Eft but can't seem to find it anywhere.
I helped to test Dapper in Ubuntu/Gnome, and enjoyed it, And thought maybe I could help out here as well. Thanks Again for any Help...

I don't think there's an ISO to download.

Just change all the dapper references to edgy in your /etc/apt/sources.list and then

sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude dist-upgrade

There may be breakage... that's part of using a test release.
