    Note Widget issue

Add the Note widget to the Desktop. Click on it and start typing. Click back on the Desktop. Type and the keystrokes continue in the Note widget! There is NO way to exit the activity in the Note. I have to delete the widget.
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
Using Kubuntu Linux since March 23, 2007.

I can confirm this behavior of "Sticky Note" widget. On KDEneon 6.1 Wayland it behaves as you describe. On Kubuntu 24.04 X11 it does not.

    Time for a bug report!

The question is to where. Where does a Plasma Widget bug get reported?

      Reported. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=488805

Of course don't see the issue, but I will try again.

            Nope.
But I am still on Fedora here until I get a table or desk for the PC and monitor, and find a place to put it -- without disturbing the Mrs' existing home layout/decor/etc.
(ie - I ain't got no room for mah stuffs yet, lol!)

Yup, I only do Wayland, for a few years now.
I suspect this may be neon specific as opposed to Plasma 6.1, maybe.

Apparently, this anomalous behavior is present for this widget when in Desktop View. If you switch to Folder View, the widget works as expected.

Well, My Kubuntu 24.04 X11 install Note works as expected. So maybe it's not related to some other part of Plasma

As does mine. This is a KDE neon issue specifically.
