updates brake wallpaper

updates 11/3/2016 plasma 5.8.3

wallpaper and slide show are gone from desktop settings ,,,,,,,,thay still exist in /usr/share/plasma/wallpapers/ ,,,,,but their metadata.desktop is now a metadata.json ,,,,and I do not think it is being read corectly.

Not just wallpaper. At least me, it broke the greeter and login screens.

I still have the wallpaper I set there (Pluto crescent with blue atmospheric haze) but the menu for wallpapers is blank. I'm using the hybrid Neon (with Kubuntu). The Plasma version is now 5.8.3. I'm also getting some crashes (KWin most recently) that I hadn't had before.

OK just made a metadata.desktop for org.kde.image and have that setting back in the desktop settings
