How To: Save your OOo files in different formats at the same time

I already posted this on a topic related with some OOo bug but I think more people should know about this since it's a great extension.

    Installing the MultiSave extension

To install the MultiSave extension in either OOo 2.4 or 3.0(.1) click on the following link.

    http://extensions.services.openoffic...ject/MultiSave

Download the OXT extension file and open OOo. Then click on Tools > Extension Manager > Add. Browse to the extension file location and click on OK. Just let it install it.

Later you'll see a floating toolbar on the left hand side of your screen. Remember that you can pin her down on an existing toolbar (well, on a side basically).

    Warning:

Sometimes it may not appear right away on your screen. You may need to close OOo and relaunch it.

This extension lets you save your document or spreadsheet or even your presentation in OOo, MS and PDF formats at the same time, but you may want to deselect one or two options if deemed necessary.
    Multibooting: Kubuntu Noble 24.04
    Before: Jammy 22.04, Focal 20.04, Precise 12.04 Xenial 16.04 and Bionic 18.04
    Win XP, 7 & 10 sadly
    Using Linux since June, 2008
