There's someone using Lubuntu 18.10 which has LXQt as the desktop environment and SDDM wanting to know how to start Synergy at the login screen: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1100...t-login-screen
I know nothing about Synergy and have never tried to run anything (other than whatever goes on behind the scenes) in Kubuntu. But, looking at Startup and Shutdown, it appears that Kubuntu does have provision for something like that (first image). Lubuntu 18.10 doesn't seem to have the same option, at least in the GUI (second image). If anyone here can pop over to AU and help the poster with LXQt that would be great.
