New video card Plasma Failed To Start

I just put in a GeForce GT 1030 video card and now I get an error message "Plasma Failed to start"

"Plasma is unable to start as it could not correctly use OpenGL 2.
Please check that your graphic drivers are set up correctly."

From here even know how to get into a terminal to install new drivers.

I think this version is KDE Plasma 18.4.

I got the answer from the reddit ubuntu forums:

Once the system boots, press CTRL + ALT + F2, type your username and password, then install the driver with:

sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390
After the installation is complete, reboot the system.

sudo reboot
