Kubuntu OS X like

I want to install Kubuntu 15.10 but i'm not sure if those files / themes / are compatible with 15.10 or 14.04
Would you please help me with some advices ?

So, the question is ; are they compatible with Kubuntu 15.10 / 14.04 ?

14.04 and 15.04 are different things, KDE-wise, so the themes you link to likely work on KDE 4 (14.04), though you may also need other bits as mentioned, such as bespin, dekorator etc. I don't think the theme elements (application themeing) in your fist link are compatible with 15.10, though the plasma theme (desktop, taskbar and wwidgets)in your second link may be usable in 15.10. But, as both are dating from 2010, and not updated since, there is always that chance that neither work in 14.04 or 15.10. Won't know till you try. There are a number of osx themes for both plasma and window decorations that you can search for in each respective section in System Settings, which does make it easier to try out.
