    DoH Protocol Boosts user Privacy

Firefox unveils major security upgrade: DoH protocol boosts user privacy

In 20.04, Firefox 73.0.1 (64-bit), open Preferences and then search for DoH. Click on Settings... and scroll down to the bottom. Check Enable DNS over HTTPS and then choose the DNS to use in the Use Provider drop down.

Any down-side for users? Statistically, I suppose, not everyone will select the same DNS; but could DNS selection affect response?

I know that's more of a rhetorical question, but the article only talks about downsides to specific groups such as law enforcement. They are important, but so are users.
