Buried at bottom for bad reason

I know, this is an old article from early 2019 but WHY is Kubuntu buried toward the bottom and given a GENERIC one paragraph discussion with a BLAH mention about the "traditional" the KDE desktop? I'm not looking for an answer. It is just galling to me.
