theme dependency error

Hey,
i have this weird problem when I'm trying to install a theme it always gives me a dependency error
Installation of /tmp/yMghhC-Utterly-Nord.tar.xz failed: Could not install dependency: 'kns://window-decorations.knsrc/api.kde-look.org/2132512'

I have searched everywhere but didn't find a solution

You either need to keep trying and hope the crappy servers on Pling/the KDE Store starts working, or find the theme component and install it manually.
You can find that from the error:

'kns://window-decorations.knsrc/api.kde-look.org/2132512'

The number is the key part:

https://store.kde.org/p/2132512

After manually installing that, try installing the Global Theme again.
