Anyone have experience with Lumina Desktop?

If the gentle reader would be so kind as to follow this linky one can see various iterations of the "Lumina Desktop"

The first reaction, for me was one of, "Well, there are some interesting arrangements of launchers etc, but THEN... the ol' woodsmoker espied the CONTROL PANEL: 0.8.4

PLEEZE EXCUSE the very large image, but please take a look at the VERY POLISHED control panel for .....setting and arranging the various "panels" etc.
