    HTTPS Only Server Configuration [NGINX]

This article discusses, in detail, how to configure websites on an Nginx server for HTTPS

    http://arstechnica.com/information-t...-for-everyone/

I'm still looking for something similar for Apache servers. I'll post if/when I find it.
Kubuntu 24.04 64bit under Kernel 6.10.2, Hp Pavilion, 6MB ram. All Bow To The Great Google... cough, hack, gasp.

    I've got you covered

Here's a tutorial I wrote about virtualhost configuration:

    https://samhobbs.co.uk/2014/01/multi...2-virtualhosts

...and here's one about all the changes I made to my site when it went from HTTP to HTTPS:

    https://samhobbs.co.uk/2014/08/site-now-ssl-default

That second one has some stuff about HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) and Perfect Forward Secrecy too.
