I think that default color scheme is too dark (or my laptop monitor sucks :P ). And generally, oxygen style/theme sometimes looks too cold/professional to me. That is why I am using QtCurve atm I tweaked one QtCurve theme to suit my needs:
You can find it here: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=150833
Cheers :cool:Last edited by schnelle; May 30, 2012, 04:32 PM.Plasma 5 look&feel for KDE4: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php...content=166438

My boring default wallpaper desktop. I am really just showing off Gkrellm, lol, 5 HDD temp's, GPU, 4 CPU core temps, motherboard temp (chipset) and the fake overall CPU temp, followed by 4 fan speeds and the BIOS battery voltage.
Edit: Wow, the pic shrunk, ack, it was 1920x1080
This might be better, 1600x900... http://www.flickr.com/photos/7978633...n/photostream/

It's quite interesting to see how people set up their desktops - but what's really interesting is how different Dolphin looks at each and every desktop. Schnelles tool shelf on right side makes perfect sense (give more room to what actually matter - the content) I think I'd go dizzy myself before I adapted to it
