    OK so I aquierd this

    well it got abandond hear so I decided to play............he he

    eney way thar's not mutch to say exept everything work's just great.........not 1 problem from the FN keys (the sound ones even produse a on screen display of volume level) to wireless everything just works.

    now It dosen do eney 3D stuff but so what.....it's runing great as is 8)

    cleen install from the Karmic 9.10-livecd after first seting up the partitins with a gparted cd then runing updates from Kpackagekit after the install then added the medeabuntu stuff and hear we are with a niceley runing older lappy

    the onley odety I'v notesed so far is the CPU is suposed to be 1.6Ghz and cpuinfo gives this

    The AMD Turion(tm) 64 Mobile Technology MT-30 is a 'single core' processor that AMD says runs at 1.6Ghz. So, I'm going to guess that they are getting that 'speed' by built-in over-clocking.
    Windows no longer obstructs my view.
