hey Breezy installed without a hitch worked good too on 1.3 gig Celeron m with
only 128 megs ram twice as fast as xp now go figgure
played with it for a week worked good
then I bit the bullet and upgraded to Dapper "took about an hout and a half"
but when it was done lo and behold nothing was broken
I also installed Dapper on my desktop all works but dint have but one part of my sound card options that is mono output no stereo or surround but I think that is alsa It does'nt work good with via/c-media sound chip and it took a little bit of work for the radeon 9200 vid card
So other than that Kubuntu is a very well built OS so I ordered disks to give to my friends and family so they too can get out from under the M$ thumb print
