Based on what is currently available in the repositories, I have to say that the 2.6.32 kernel, and its associated programs, are a big improvement on -31. The graphics are a lot more stable, things that won't run in wine on -31 are working fine on -32, and sound is also much better behaved. I know there are going to be some bumps, crashes, etc in pre-alpha software, but I sure hope this trend continues since, at least on my system, the -31 stuff is pretty messed up.

Re: Lucid Lynx - initial impressions
Thanks for the update
I will start running this in a test partition once they upgrade the graphics stack (it seems to be stuck at the xame XOrg version as Karmic. I am looking to start using 3D accel with my ATI card via the open source driver!
By the way, we need a Lucid section for the Forum here!
